Proposed orders for all Civil Court case types must be submitted directly to the court through the 15th Judicial Circuit’s Online Scheduling System (OLS). Proposed orders cannot be submitted in person, by mail, by fax or by email to the court or to the Clerk’s office. They also cannot be filed through the statewide eFiling Portal.

Not all criminal judges accept proposed orders electronically. Prior to using OLS to upload your proposed orders on a criminal case, please refer to the judge’s divisional instructions on the assigned judge’s webpage. You may use the link below to look up your judge and review their Divisional Instructions.
