Accommodation for Jury Duty and/or Appearance in Court

If you are a person with a disability who needs an accommodation to participate in a court proceeding, you are entitled to provision of certain assistance at no cost to you. Please call the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit’s ADA Coordinator at (561) 355-4380. If you are hearing or voice impaired, please call 1-800-955-8771. Accommodation for Obtaining Clerk Services

The Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller for Palm Beach County is committed to ensuring that persons with disabilities receive full and equal access to all of the services provided by this office. The Clerk’s ADA Coordinator is available to assist persons with disabilities who need accommodations when interacting with the Clerk of the Court either in person or online, or who need modifications to the Clerk of Court’s policies, practices or procedures due to a disability.

To request such an accommodation, please contact the Clerk’s ADA Coordinator within seven working days of the date the service is needed. If you are hearing or voice impaired, please call 711 or 1-800-955-8771 for the Florida Relay Service.

The Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller Palm Beach County has a grievance procedure following requests under the purview of the Office.

International Access

For security purposes, you must use a VPN (virtual private network) to access online services such as eCaseView, Official Records, Jury Services and more from outside of North America. The Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller’s office does not explicitly endorse a specific VPN. Any VPN that simulates the user’s traffic as originating in the United States should be sufficient. Here is one option:

Navigate to https://account.protonvpn.com/signup/account and select Get Free to create a ProtonVPN account.
Follow the steps on the page to create an account.
Once your account is created, select the appropriate ProtonVPN Client depending on what kind of computer you are using (Windows/Linux/MacOS, etc.) to download the VPN.
Install the application.
Open the application and sign in.
Once signed in, select to use the United States on the left side of the application as your IP country of origin.
You should now be able to access our online services without issue. Remember to disable the VPN after you complete your transaction, or your computer will run slower than usual.
