To subscribe, complete, print and sign the agreement and FTP Creation form. Mail or deliver the completed agreement and form along with a check made payable to: Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller, Palm Beach County.

The annual subscription fee of $600 is payable December 15 of each year for the following calendar year. The cost of subscriptions will be prorated $50 per month for the months remaining in the year, beginning with the month following the request.
