How Much Do I Owe?

To see how much you owe for your criminal cases, find your case in our online system, eCaseView. See step-by-step instructions here.

Establish a Payment Plan

If you need more time to pay, you can establish a payment plan online.

Your application will be reviewed to determine if you are eligible for a payment plan. A Court Compliance Team member will contact you by email within three business days.

If your case has been referred to a collection agency, you are not eligible for a payment plan.

If your payment is due within 24 hours, you cannot establish a payment plan online. Please contact us at (561) 355-2994 or visit one of our office locations.

Payments on established payment plans may be made online or by mobile app using PayItClerkPBC.

Payments are also accepted in person at our courthouse locations or by mail.

Criminal Court Fines and Fees in Collections

Past due court fines and fees are referred to a collection agency. Payments may be made at any of our court locations or directly to the agency assigned to your case. Cases must be paid in full including the collection agency fee.
