All exhibits that will be entered into evidence must follow certain guidelines.

If your assigned judge or magistrate requires evidence to be uploaded using their online Digital Evidence Portal, please visit the 15th Judicial Circuit's website for information, instruction and tutorials for this process.  

Divisional participation in the Digital Evidence Portal is at the discretion of each judge or magistrate. If you are not sure whether or not your judge or magistrate uses the Digital Evidence Portal, review the Divisional Instructions for the assigned judge or magistrate on the 15th Judicial Circuit’s website.
