eCaseView

Our office provides a free online search engine, eCaseView. As an attorney of record for a case, you may search, view and print documents filed in civil, criminal, family (adoption), guardianship, juvenile, mental health, probate and traffic cases at no charge. You may also use eCaseView to check the status of your case.

We also provide an option to purchase electronic certified copies of court documents online through eCaseView.

eFiling

Electronic filing of court documents, or E-Filing, allows attorneys and self-represented (pro-se) litigants to submit court documents electronically 24 hours a day, seven days a week through the statewide ePortal. E-Filing is mandatory for attorneys.

eService

Are you still receiving service of orders in a case in which you are no longer an attorney of record? Service lists are generated from multiple sources so if you are no longer the attorney of record, the service address must be removed from all sources. You will need to be removed from each of the sources shown below:

  • Clerk’s Showcase System
  • Florida Courts eFiling Portal
  • Court
